Store Policies

All sales are final. Items purchased at locations and events away from the main Albany studio are not exchangeable or refundable. For items sold at the main Berekeley studio, the following policies apply:
Clothing Exchange: To exchange clothing for a different size, please notify us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange authorization. Upon receiving an authorized exchange, the item must be returned within 21 days of the authorization in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition. Shipping is not refundable, and items must be returned for exchange at the purchaser's expense.
Defective Merchandise: Contact us within 14 days of receipt if you have received defective merchandise to receive a replacement or return authorization. An authorized return must be be received within 21 days of the authorization by staff in the same condition in which the item was shipped.
Sales, Final Stock, and Limited Stock: Items on sale or items marked as "final stock" or "limited stock" are not refundable or exchangeable.
